An Apprentice will help improve YOUR bottom line performance but very few BME led businesses recruit Apprentices.
Apprentices can be:
- Any age
- Existing or new employees
- In almost any job role
The costs of training are met in full for 16-18 Apprentices and there is are subsidies for older Apprentices. You’ll have to pay the wages – at least £2.50 per hour for 16-18 year olds.
